[anti-abuse-wg] Hotmail spam filtering

Suman

From our experience they seem to block most mail from “new” mail servers until they “trust” them.

They used to have a reasonably good feedback loop that you could access which helped.

No idea if they still run it, but maybe somebody else knows?
