I haven't heard about xortify, but AbuseIO is modulair. We use both
parser modules (that handle incoming e-mails) and collector modules
(that do external requests, e.g. RBL scans). In general its fairly easy
to implement addons for any feed thats provides abuse information.

I'll have a look into it, but the website is not really loading well for me.
