Huh??  I am genuinely puzzled.  What did I ask?  I didn't ask anybody to
_do_ anything.  At least nothing other than to tell me how to find certain
bits of unarguably useful information (which apparently aren't available
to mere mortals... I am guessing by design, since it wouldn't exactly be
rocket surgery to add them into the WHOIS responses).

I don't have a big agenda to make the world safe for democracy here or
anything like that.  I already know many of the reasons why THAT ain't
gonna happen.  But my innate curiosity does cause me to at least want
to know who the outright crooks are, and who the screw-ups are who let
them onto the Internet, and when.  I feel that everyone has a right to
this information, not to punish, but to protect ourselves from the bad
guys and also maybe from the dopes who, wittingly or otherwise, help
them.
