[anti-abuse-wg] So now spam on v6?

Hi guys:

Sharing this email here for two reasons

1. It's so funny someone would pay 2000usd for a trillion address.

2. IPv6 already being spammed? How we going to stop it? Block whole /29? Wonder if there is already a good technical solution to this.
