Frank, This was discussed this afternoon in the WG Session, not sure if you were watching or not? The NCC stated, and I agree with them, that they don't think it's a good idea to add another round of mails on top of all the ones they have sent and all the ones they're going to send to people in the next phase of this project. The WG seemed happy to let the project proceed as planned and review what further communications are required after those phases. Thanks, Brian
