These two look very much contactish to me.  A postal address and a phone
number.

The phone thingie is something fairly recent, and a bit complicated.  

You have to pick up the phone, then type these numbers into the numbered
keys.  "+" will have to be entered as 00 or 000, or maybe as "+", depending
on the local setup, so you need to ask your local phone expert how to
work that.  But then it's magic, you can hear the person on the other and
just as if he were standing besides you.
