3 stars means we found an abuse email address for the resource/prefix 
you are looking for. But the address was not listed in an abuse-mailbox 
attribute (that would show 4 stars), but somewhere else, for instance in 
the remarks field.

More details about the ratings are explained in the article on RIPE Labs 
(and also under 'info the widget itself).
