errm - whois says to me: "please use abuse at bigus-net.com". which also exists, btw.
same is true for noc at bigus-net.com!?
from the db, i see another email address that looks helpful.
and there's a postal address.

where do i best send reports about abuse of ripe mls from alex.everett at unc.edu? ;)
