Dear Arnold From the RIPE NCC website you can find an Abuse Finder tool http://apps.db.ripe.net/search/abuse-finder.html This is a first iteration of a user tool to help with finding abuse contact information in the RIPE Database. It tries to find the abuse contact(s) for an Internet resource on a 'best effort' basis. One of the difficulties of automating this process at the moment is many abuse contacts are in "remarks:" attributes. These cannot be parsed by a script with any degree of confidence. This was one of the starting points from which the 2011-06 policy proposal originated.
