Without expressing on my behalf any opinion on what you're saying above, if you are going to make accusations regarding NCC behaviour on the mailing list, could you please do so with proof? I'm sure the NCC would be happy (after you've checked with them) for you to copy any correspondence you've had on this matter to the mailing list.
