[anti-abuse-wg] Status of 2011-06

Is 2011-06 the result of the task force?  As far as I know, it hasn't
been labeled as such on the mailing list, and the wording in the
proposal itself is ambiguous.

I'm wondering if it made sense to pick up other issues discussed prior
to the task force formation which aren't addressed in 2011-06 at all.
