I haven't been closely following the development of this policy so
it's almost certain that I've missed something.

At the start of the proposal it mentions "it is not clear in which of
these role objects it should be preferred.", but it's not clear to me
at by the end of the document why I should prefer an abuse-c attribute
to an irt object.

Also: "there will be some automated clean up of users data to
reorganize abuse contact references where possible." Is that expanded
on anywhere?
