Ok, to make it even more clearer: - German citizens cannot take influence of DENIC rules or technical procedures until DENIC follows German law - only DENIC members can modify DENICs technical procedures or regulations - but any person can influence RIPEs regulations that the NCC has to fulfill in a more technical way - NCCs members are paying for resources, but the decissions are not made by the members only And thats simply wrong, stupid and highly risky. BTW: just read a couple of days ago about a study that a 10.000 PC botnet costs only about 800$/month. Write a nifty little program and create 10.000 fake internet user. And those could block any draft, just because no "consensus" could be reached. And I always wondered why there is that much wind-in-your-face, when someone is having a great idea on this list. I think its not really a problem for spammers to put a couple of fake identities on the list, right ? Just asking another thing: why is there not one draft finally through resulting from discussions on this list through all those years ? why is there not even consensus about what abuse is ? even when about 100 LIRs on this list liked those things ... anybody on this list should be ashamed, that there are no results yet. simply because anybody in the world can say "no, I dont like it" ...
