My only experience is with RIPE, so it would be hard for me to do. Also some of my other positions make it difficult to submit policy proposals, especially in other regions. But if there are volunteers I'm happy to give some details, well in fact all details are published so feel free to pick from the original proposal (2010-06) and resulting documents. Maro
