Rather, I was wondering more about the apparent re-assignment (re-selling?) of RIPE IP space, en mass, to parties outside of the RIPE geographic jurisdiction. Of course, I'll freely admit that I only raised the question because of my personal distaste for the specific activities going on in those blocks. But again, the question is about the re-selling of (precious?) IPv4 space, en mass, and not specifically about the business practices of those to whom such space may be (re-)sold. Regards, rfg
