It wasn't so much the specific use to which the IP space is being put
that I was questioning.  Rather, I was wondering more about the apparent
re-assignment (re-selling?) of RIPE IP space, en mass, to parties outside
of the RIPE geographic jurisdiction.

Of course, I'll freely admit that I only raised the question because of my
personal distaste for the specific activities going on in those blocks.
But again, the question is about the re-selling of (precious?) IPv4 space,
en mass, and not specifically about the business practices of those to whom
such space may be (re-)sold.
