If the address space is an allocation or a PI assignment from the RIPE NCC there should be an "org:" attribute referring to an "organisation:" object with whatever details are in the contract. If it's an assignment from an LIR's allocation then I'm not sure what value it would have. "descr:" is free form text and trying to impose a structure on that kind of field after a couple of decades is probably not a route to success. Regards, Leo
