As long as that's the purpose the assignments were registered for, I don't think there is anything in the policies against using IPv4 space for sending e-mail in any quantity for any purpose. I imagine it would be quite tricky to create such a policy. If you want such a thing, I am interested to hear any suggestions as to how it could be done. Cheers, -- Shane
