[anti-abuse-wg] Privacy requirements

Maybe, who knows.  Just make it opt-in, so that people can decide
whether they want to publish their abuse contact point or not.  Some of
us are actually interested in receiving reports, despite the high false
positive rate.  Acceptance among RIPE members would probably increase if
this contact point information could be a URL and not just a mailbox
(but this would certainly draw ire from some potential reporters).
