IANAL, but when I read RIPE Database Terms and Conditions[1], its "Article 3 - Purpose of the RIPE Database" doesn't seem to be designed to provide abuse contacts info to anyone. The nearest point is its fifth bullet, which says: * Providing information about the Registrant and Maintainer of Internet number resources when the resources are suspected of being used for unlawful activities, to parties who are authorised under the law to receive such information. Do users have to take special actions in order to become "authorized under the law"? [1] http://www.ripe.net/db/support/db-terms-conditions.pdf
