Don't they collect information that is considered "personal information" under European Privacy laws? Do they have to follow the requirements of collection and dissemination of the information like other European businesses? I had noticed in some cases they publish names of suspected spammers along with discussions of their activities (in addition to the distribution of the blacklists). The Spamhuas privacy policy doesn't address any of this stuff. Thank You
