[anti-abuse-wg] VOTE: members and RIPE region only

Hi Frank,
APNIC community voted and accepted a policy on IRT object by Tobias,
not by Abusix. But he shared his very valid experience from abusix
while defending the prop.

Same goes to Mr. X of spamhaus (if he is), though he should come up
with something tangible to discuss.

Secondly, we've to filter around a million spam every day and a big
amount of it source from RIPE region so it's my right to be here and
give whatever input I can to make my life easy while living in other
RIR.
