Did you, by any chance, omit the domain name (as "<abuse.tiws>" would seem 
to indicate), or did you actually send mail and receive a bounce afterwards?

If the address is incorrect, you could report the matter to the RIPE NCC, as 
Ms Fragkouli explained a few days ago.
