Now, if I understand correctly from your posts, because most of the 
stuff written is incomprehensible to me, you seem to pose an issue about 
abuse contacts and validity of contact data in RIPE DB.
There is a task force [1] that was created for this reason and we all 
expect information about its progress and outcome.
