So you dont receive or send abuse emails ?
Or you are such a good programmer that you can handle the current
"spread" of abuse contacts in whois ?

Splitting good from eval IS helpful.
Simplification IS helpful (for complainants and programmers and 
receivers) and will help everybody to send complaints to the right
person.
Sending complaints raises the pressure to handle complaints.
Identifying uncooperative member helps also.

Or short: chaos is bad and needs to be organized ;o)
