"All the problems" is maybe too optimistic, but at least we have
something to start with.

I also like Richard's idea of xxxxxxxxx at abuse.ripe.net contact
addresses: this will solve (part of) the problem of email-address
exposure AND allow abuse address reachability monitoring.
