<p dir="ltr">4. All allocations will be marked in the RIPE database as ‘ALLOCATED FINAL’</p>
<p dir="ltr">5. An allocation marked "ALLOCATED FINAL" is valid as long as it remains with the LIR it was allocated to. If an LIR, due to mergers, acquisitions or other means gains additional allocations marked "ALLOCATED FINAL", all but the equivalent of a single /22 will be de-registered by the RIPE NCC within 180 days.</p>
<p dir="ltr">More than one /22 from the 185./8 are additional and others are not. What will happen with already received additional /22 from the 185./8?</p>

As you can read on the top of 2016-03 proposal states:<br>

</ul>
This would apply to the whole reamining pool.
