Hi!<br>
<br>
My question is: is it possible in accordance with a new policy to
transfer PI-block from End User to LIR, not to another End User? So
LIR becomes valid owner of PI-block and then <br>
convertes this PI block to PA in accordance with this procedure:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.ripe.net/lir-services/resource-management/converting-pi-to-pa">http://www.ripe.net/lir-services/resource-management/converting-pi-to-pa</a>.<br>
<br>
Here,<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://www.ripe.net/lir-services/resource-management/ipv4-transfers/transfer-of-assigned-pi-space">https://www.ripe.net/lir-services/resource-management/ipv4-transfers/transfer-of-assigned-pi-space</a><br>
<br>
it is written : ... <span style="color: rgb(38, 38, 38);
font-family: Helvetica, Arial, FreeSans, sans-serif; font-size:
12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight:

orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;
text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto;
word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; display: inline

legitimate holder of IPv4 PI space can transfer this to another
End User or <u><b>MEMBER</b></u> in the RIPE NCC service region,
provided:.. <br>
</span><br>
As i understand - it is possible?<br>
<br>
Thank you.<br>
