<div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px"><br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">Given that RIPE has run out of resources, is it really not allowing other RIR's with a conditional policy like ARIN (<a href="https://www.arin.net/resources/request/transfers_8_4.html" target="_blank">https://www.arin.net/resources/request/transfers_8_4.html</a>) not to transfer into the region?</div>

<div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px"><br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">APNIC does not have this restriction, but should have the same condition if an RIR doesn't have a reciprocal policy in place.</div>
