<div dir="ltr">Since IMO we still have to have needs assessment for transfers (to allow for inter-RIR transfers), I think it makes sense to allow organizations seeking a transfer to justify their need over a timeframe that is reasonable for business planning, so I support a change to 24 months for transfers.<div>
