</div>Some of the participants in this discussion seem to forget, always now and then,<br>
that the 'net and the ISPs are not existing for the benefit of themselves, but<br>
in order to provide service(s) to the users. Most of the time, the "infinitely<br>
distant users" are the primary soure of the money that keeps the 'net, the ISPs,<br>
the RIRs (and the scientists) in business. ;-)<br>
