[address-policy-wg] 2023-01 New Policy Proposal (Reducing IXP IPv4 assignment default size to a /26)

Does the NCC's reverse DNS delegation tooling allow for a DNS delegation of
a prefix longer than a /24, as discussed in RFC 2137?

While not insurmountable, delegating prefixes longer than a /24 will
complicate the reverse DNS for IXPs receiving these longer prefixes.

At a minimum, this should be called out in the proposal, ensuring the
community considers the issue.
