As an ex-chair I can assure you no such message goes unanswered. Every single one of them gets told not to do this, they get added to blacklists, and they keep finding other ways to annoy us. It's frustrating, but please don't blame the chairs for this. They are responding (off-list, to keep the noise down) every single time. Cheers, Sander
