I am happy to provide some information here.

In the AFRINIC region, in the final exhaustion phase, the minimum allocation/assignment size will be a /24, and the maximum will be a /22 per allocation/assignment.

In the APNIC region, the minimum allocation size for IPv4 is a /24.
Each APNIC account holder is eligible to receive IPv4 allocations totalling a maximum /22 from the APNIC 103/8 IPv4 address pool (Final /8 Block) and additional allocations up to a maximum of /22 address space from the APNIC non-103/8 IPv4 address pool.
