It would be useful to clarify in the policy whether inbound transfers of legacy resources are subject to regular RIPE community number resource policies or the "RIPE NCC Services to Legacy Internet Resource Holders" policy. My reading would be the latter, but as it's unstated, there is a potential ambiguity here which has the potential of causing future problems. Nick
