[address-policy-wg] New on RIPE Labs: IPv4 Transfers in the RIPE NCC Service Region

If there was a magical wand that we could wave to make every ISP switch on IPv6 the problems with IPv4 pricing etc., would vanish.
Unfortunately it doesn’t exist.
Pushing IPv6 adoption is commendable, but we have to be realistic. IPv4 won’t vanish anytime soon.
