Sorry for off topic, but I would really appreciate some more details to
support your statement. According to RIPEstat, none of your allocations
have been seen in BGP in the year it has been allocated. Even though
there was this policy that allocations should consider current needs
plus 3 months only.

I cannot understand how come you got another allocations even though
your previous were still not functional on the Internet. I'm not
accusing you of anything, I just cannot think of any plausible explanation.
