The 2015-01 is now at the stage where the consensus determination is scrutinised or for any NEW issues to be raised. These questions are utterly inappropriate to this point of the PDP. If you feel that there are NEW issues which have been overlooked, raise them. Don't re-hash the arguments that were made earlier. If you consider the consensus determination was somehow flawed, please explain how. These are the only options for where we are currently in the PDP for this proposal. Kindly respect that. You are of course welcome to come forward with a new proposal in support of your PoV or to overturn an existing policy. The PDP machinery is open to all.
