We help quite a few end users to get ANS's and sometimes more than one in the same day. There are no problems today as long as you ask for one (1) ASN per end-user. So while I support the idea that some entities that do not qualify today because of the multihoming demand, I would not like to have more trouble receiving new ASN's for those who get them rather easily today.
