I can't see why you would need to disable IPv6 completely just because
one client OS does not support IPv6-*only* operation?  Android works
totally well in dual-stack networks - not using IPv6 if you mandate
stateful DHCPv6, though.

"Some vendor's interpretation of Android" is hardly "the majority of
devices"...
