I assume that the underlying intention is to have an identical transfer
policies (wherever it applies) for IPv4, IPv6 and AS numbers, so if all
the individual proposals reach consensus, it will be easy (easier, at
least) to merge them into a unified transfer policy document, which is
then referenced from the IPv4, IPv6 and AS number policies.
