[address-policy-wg] Support of https://www.ripe.net/ripe/policies/proposals/2014-03

Hi,

you have my support for this policy change proposal.

While the current policy was/is working fine, the RIPE NCC has no tools 
to actually enforce and/or verify the multihoming of an AS Number once 
it is issued.
