Nick, Randy, thanks - *that* message was very clear.

(And I can see the point.  The proposal is trying to work around the
mishap that the charging scheme removed the fee for AS numbers, which
we as APWG cannot directly decide - but of course the message has been 
sent at the last AGM and I'm fairly sure it has been heard.  No idea
what will happen on that front, though...)
