[address-policy-wg] Policy Proposal Implemented: 2014-02, "Allow PI transfer"

Hi Erik,

I get your point and I fully agree.
My initial though was about creating a new listing page for non RIPE-NCC
members, as part of the new policy implementation.
Apparently, we have to deal with it separately.

I'll start a discussion in the Services-WG list as you suggest.
