[address-policy-wg] 2013-06 New Policy Proposal (PA/PI Unification IPv6 Address Space)

Dear colleagues,

As Richard has correctly pointed out, a couple of the links in the 
policy proposal were not working correctly when we sent out the previous 
email. This has now been fixed.
