I'm not, I'm just trying to have the discussion in the mailing list that 
can actually take that decision.

So, we can propose to the AGM to possibly change the charging scheme, 
it's just that we first need to come up with real numbers and 2-3 
options from which to choose.

And I think that the policy proposal should move forward regardless of 
the billing matters.

I also think that the discussion about billing related to this policy 
proposal to take place in the members-discuss, the only place where 
suggestions can be made and discussed by the ones that will vote.
