Yeah.  It would be good to know where this one sneaked in. The wording 
is indeed at least confusing, if not contradictory to 2007-01.

But that one is out of 2013-03, so my recommendation would be to leave
it at that (what you intended to do anyway) for the moment - and mark
it for "this needs fixing" later on.
