Be assured, we don't do RIPE region policy based on ARIN beliefs.

This was just a quite interesting and enlightening side-track discussion
(even though I'm still missing an answer to the question what ARIN is 
going to do if a pre-ARIN address space holder without a contract with 
ARIN decides to sell their address space to a RIPE member).
