It's waiting for the proposer (Nick) to come up with a new version of
the text, as it was clear that the current version can not reach
consensus, but at the same time the WG acknowledged that there is 
"an issue" that we might need to handle.

We hear you.  (Still, if Nick decides to come up with a new revision
that is fundamentally different, you'd need to re-state your opposition
to make clear that it still applies)
