I see now why people are confused about the conservation issue. Sylvain, the price in a market is not known in advance. I will be set by competitive bidding and reflect supply and demand. I don't know where you got this 1,75 Euro number or what on earth gives you the idea that the price will remain fixed. As supply diminishes, the price goes up. That creates powerful and effective conservation incentives.
