(Personally, I love stats and colourful graphs of all kinds so I'll be happy to see the distinction being made.) I remain unconvinced that we need to change address policy in order to get these stats made available, though. It seems more like an NCC service to me - that it would be better to simply ask the NCC «could you please put up a graph on www.ripe.net containing plots X, Y, and Z» and/or «could you please put up a file on ftp.ripe.net containing columns X, Y, and Z».
